Azahir is a community-based NGO<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

We work across Akkar<\/strong>, Lebanon’s most impoverished region. We are based in Nahr el Bared Palestinian Refugee Camp<\/strong>. Our center runs programs five days a week, every week of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our mission is to ensure every child has the right to a safe, nurturing environment. We promote stability and peace in underserved communities and high-risk areas. We emphasize education, psycho-social support, and youth leadership, training young people to be educators and role models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our vision is a cohesive society where empowered youth lead communities towards resilience and peace. We operate efficiently. We direct resources to ground-level activities. These activities are run and managed by our local youth teams. They offer dignified and meaningful opportunities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
