Hi, I’m Nadine Ali a teacher, translator, and PSS Facilitator at Azahir. I’m proud to be part of the Azahir family because I believe real change happens when we believe in it, work hard, and stay consistent despite challenges. Our communities, families, and children need us, and I’m committed to supporting them .

Melad Salameh
Country Director
I’m Melad Salameh, one of the founders and the director of Azahir in Lebanon. I also work as a community coordinator in several projects with international organizations. For me, Azahir is a place where we build an educated generation that believes in its cause and dreams of returning.

Wesal Alsabaie
Psychosocial Specialist & HR Manager
A specialist in psychosocial support and training, and a life skills trainer at Azahir. I work to support children and families psychologically and socially, fostering hope and resilience through training programs and community activities

Tarek Ghanim
M&E Officer
My name is Tarek Ghanim, and I have been a member of Azahir since its founding in 2016. Azahir is not just a place for volunteering, but my second family, where I learned the meaning of humanitarian work and witnessed the smiles of children and the tears of mothers. I am proud to belong to Azahir and hope to continue giving and serving our Palestinian community.

I’m Taghreed Fadi Abdul Razek, a teacher at Azahir. I believe that education is the foundation for building a conscious generation, and I joined Azahir because I believe in its genuine mission to create positive change toward a better society.

Mahmoud El Hassan

I’m Mahmoud El Hassan, a Palestinian working at Azahir in the field of social media, where I help document the organization’s activities and share its humanitarian stories with the community. I joined Azahir because I believe in the importance of humanitarian work and in the power of words and images to spread hope and create a positive impact in people’s lives.

Israa Sharaf
Teacher & PSS Coach
I’m Israa Ahmad Sharaf from Palestine. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. I work as a teacher and provide psychological support. I joined Azahir to promote the spirit of volunteering and contribute to building a conscious and educated generation that loves its homeland.

Marwa Arabiyye

I’m Marwa Arabiyye. I hold a degree in Social Sciences and I also work as a teacher and Child Protection at Azahir NGO. To me, this association represents an opportunity to provide support and care for our children. It plays an important role in our community by helping build a promising, educated generation capable of creating positive change.
